David When you think of Colorado, you think of snow capped Rocky Mountains. You think of backcountry skiing and rock climbing. If you showed the average person a picture or video from Great Sand Dunes National Park you would never think it’s in Colorado.
I’ve never been but it looks really cool.

The Great Sand Dunes are great to visit. The mountain range seen in the video is the Sangre De Cristo Mountains with some great primitive camping areas overlooking the sand dunes.
