We require residential properties in London and throughout the Home Counties, while our acquisitions team will gladly examine any commercial opportunity throughout the country. At Blue Alpine, we are highly skilled in spotting opportunities for development and revenue growth, whether it be through extending a property, or renovating or restoring a rundown property to evaluating a development site, or a creating an investment through vacant commercial property.

Our planning and purchasing system can quickly and efficiently oversee acquisitions in a manner that is both efficient and compliant with current standards. We are happy to pay commision on deals on a case by case basis and also offer profit share opportunities where possible.
