Prash is responsible for acquisitions, disposals and business development at Blue Alpine with an expertise in auction buying and selling as well as planning and developments. He has a long-standing career in the commercial property sector, with a vast network and robust relationships in the sector. Prash founded his first company at the age of 19 years old, his strategic vision drives the growth of Blue Alpine.

Joseph Bachman
Founder & Chief Operating Officer / Investor Relations
Joseph is responsible for day-to-day operations, property management, insurance as well as investor relations at Blue Alpine. A strategically minded entrepreneur and director, possessing over a 15-year track record of creating revenue growth and shareholder value. He specialises in international expansion, corporate restructuring, business development and financial management. In 2010 Joseph co-founded the women’s luxury brand Paolita. Prior 2010, he worked in the private equity and hedge fund sectors as a consultant specialising in co-investment opportunities and fundraising.

Mitul Popat
Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Mitul is responsible for acquisitions, disposals and finance at Blue Alpine. His expertise is in valuation, auction buying and selling, asset management and development. Mitul was previously a Partner and trader at Optiver in Europe, a successful stock trading company. He leveraged these capabilities to shape the foundation of Blue Alpine and services provided to clients.

Vice President, Sales & Lettings
Sam is a Senior Executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including sales and lettings, marketing, business development, and client relationship management. He works closely with prospective buyers and renters, playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients. Sam’s in-depth knowledge of investment properties and development opportunities brings significant value to both clients and prospective purchasers.
Daniel Bean
Senior Property Consultant
Daniel is responsible for disposals, lettings and asset management at Blue Alpine, with expertise in investment strategy and portfolio optimisation. With a Master’s in Real Estate from LSE, he has a strong analytical approach to commercial property. Daniel’s industry knowledge and strategic insight help drive value for clients across multiple asset classes.

Sales & Lettings
Callum focuses on commercial investment sales and client acquisition across the UK. With a background in business development and asset management, he delivers tailored solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals. Callum’s proactive approach and market knowledge help drive value from instruction to completion.
Eric Yi
Property Consultant
Eric leads on research, analysis, and investor relations at Blue Alpine. With a background in investment management, he combines data-driven insights with a strategic mindset to identify and unlock opportunities.
