Blue Alpine were instructed to manage a mixed-use scheme in a prime London location in June 2018. The commercial premises consist of 3,200 sq ft (297.29 sq m) of retail space over two floors and the upper parts being fourteen flats sold off on long lease.
Our Property Management:
After conducting a thorough review of the building, Blue Alpine presented a management plan to the client. Once this was agreed, regular inspections and occupier meetings were arranged, enabling us to quickly understand the building and occupier needs. By working closely with the freeholder and occupiers, an action list was produced and worked through within agreed timelines.
The Benefit to Our Client:
Blue Alpine successfully cleared the arrears for rental demand and service charges as well as arranged repair of outer part of the building. We listened to our clients and customers’ needs which resulted in an improved building for all.
