To advise on value and then to seek a purchaser as soon as possible for a portfolio of 4 properties in Gloucester, Newton-le-Willows, Scarborough and Castleford with 13,762 sq ft (1278.53 sq m) of commercial units. The properties were a mixture of retail and leisure investments.
Our Property Deal:
The properties were advertised on our website and through several online portals with marketing details emailed to our investor database and our network of commercial property agents. Viewings were arranged with prospective purchasers and an offer was accepted. The sale exchanged and completed simultaneously for the properties within three-months of the legal process beginning.
The Benefit to Our Client:
